We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds unless in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, then we offer to send a second order for free or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
To report a damaged item or request a replacement, email us at avendano.store@icloud.com with a clear photo of the product and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
orders take around 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. Please note that during high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or product launches), processing and shipping times may take longer than usual.
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION.
